Acid Stain Floor
- Prep concrete (clean concrete)
- Apply acid stain at 250 sqft per gallon
- Rinse floor with ammonia and water
- Apply sealer at 250 sqft per gallon

Acrylic Stamp Overlay
- Clean concrete (acid wash or grind)
- Apply scratch coat of resurfacer at 200-250 sqft per bag
- Apply stamp mix (stamp top) 1/4″ thick
- Apply water-based stain at 250-300 sqft per gallon
- Apply topcoat of sealer at 250-300 sqft per gallon

Airplane Hangar Floor
- Shot blast or grind concrete
- Patch holes and cracks with crack fill
- Apply water-based epoxy at 250-300 sqft per gallon
- Apply 100% solids epoxy at 150 sqft per gallon
- Apply pigmented polyurethane at 250-300 qft per gallon
- (optional)- Apply a clear coat of polyurethane at 250-300 sqft per gallon

Color Dye Floor
- Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
- Patch concrete with crack fill
- Apply colored dye 200-250 sqft per gallon
- Apply topcoat (sealer or epoxy) 250-300 sqft per gallon
- Additional topcoat optional 250-300 sqft per gallon

Double Broadcast Quartz Floor
- Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
- Hang metal strip for cove based 4-6″ high
- Patch floor with crack fill
- Prime walls with 100% solids epoxy and aerosil 200 let tack up for 15 min
- Mix cove base mix with 100% solids and quartz sand (3 quarts epoxy, 3 quarts aerosil 200, 8-10 quarts of quartz sand)
- Apply first broadcast of epoxy and sand at 150 sqft per gallon (throw sand to refusal)
- Sweep up extra sand from first coat and repeat the coating process
- Sweep extra and then vacuum floor, apply grout coat of 100% epoxy at 80 sqft per gallon
- Optional apply polyurethane topcoat

Metallic Countertop
- Drape plastic below countertop or table top to prevent drips from epoxy
- Sand the counter or table top with 60 grit sand paper then clean surface with denatured alcohol to get surface clean and dust free
- Apply pigmented primer (water-based epoxy) for a good bond coat
- Apply RTE-100 epoxy and add metallic pigments to the mixed epoxy (scrape all edges of the bucket before dumping out material)
- Add highlights to epoxy to get desired effect
- Apply topcoat of RTE-100 epoxy or water-based poly urethane

One Day Flake Floor
- Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
- Fill holes with crack fill
- Apply fast cure epoxy RTE-100 fast at 175 sqft per gallon and broadcast to refusal
- Apply topcoat of polyaspartics (RT-PA7500) at 200 sqft per gallon

Two Day Flake Floor
- Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
- Fill hole and cracks with crack fill
- Apply 100% solids epoxy (RTE-100 or RTE-HP) at 175 sqft per gallon and broadcast flake to refusal
- Scrape excess flake and apply lock coat of cem-seal at 200 sqft per gallon
- Apply topcoat of polyurethane (RT-CRU) at 200 sqft

Urethane Cement Floor
- Prep floor to medium profile (CSP 3-4)
- Patch crack and holes with crack fill
- Mix A, B, C, together and apply RT-UC at 1/4″ thick with screed rake, then use a loop roller to even out mix this will bring resins to top
- Topcoat with polyaspartics (RT-PA7500) at 200 sqft per gallon or topcoat with RT-kitchen blend epoxy at 175 sqft

Water Based Stain Floor
- Prep concrete (acid wash)
- Patch holes and crack using cement patch
- Crack will probably reappear
- Apply water-based stain in layers (2-3)
- Apply topcoat of seal at 250 sqft per gallon or polyaspartics at 250 sqft per gallon
