Acid Stain Floor
  1. Prep concrete (clean concrete)
  2. Apply acid stain at 250 sqft per gallon
  3. Rinse floor with ammonia and water
  4. Apply sealer at 250 sqft per gallon
Acrylic Stamp Overlay
  1. Clean concrete (acid wash or grind)
  2. Apply scratch coat of resurfacer at 200-250 sqft per bag
  3. Apply stamp mix (stamp top) 1/4″ thick
  4. Apply water-based stain at 250-300 sqft per gallon
  5. Apply topcoat of sealer at 250-300 sqft per gallon

Airplane Hangar Floor
  1. Shot blast or grind concrete
  2. Patch holes and cracks with crack fill
  3. Apply water-based epoxy at 250-300 sqft per gallon
  4. Apply 100% solids epoxy at 150 sqft per gallon
  5. Apply pigmented polyurethane at 250-300 qft per gallon
  6. (optional)- Apply a clear coat of polyurethane at 250-300 sqft per gallon
Color Dye Floor
  1. Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
  2. Patch concrete with crack fill
  3. Apply colored dye 200-250 sqft per gallon
  4. Apply topcoat (sealer or epoxy) 250-300 sqft per gallon
  5. Additional topcoat optional 250-300 sqft per gallon
Double Broadcast Quartz Floor
  1. Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
  2. Hang metal strip for cove based 4-6″ high
  3. Patch floor with crack fill
  4. Prime walls with 100% solids epoxy and aerosil 200 let tack up for 15 min
  5. Mix cove base mix with 100% solids and quartz sand (3 quarts epoxy, 3 quarts aerosil 200, 8-10 quarts of quartz sand)
  6. Apply first broadcast of epoxy and sand at 150 sqft per gallon (throw sand to refusal)
  7. Sweep up extra sand from first coat and repeat the coating process
  8. Sweep extra and then vacuum floor, apply grout coat of 100% epoxy at 80 sqft per gallon
  9. Optional apply polyurethane topcoat
Metallic Countertop
  1. Drape plastic below countertop or table top to prevent drips from epoxy
  2. Sand the counter or table top with 60 grit sand paper then clean surface with denatured alcohol to get surface clean and dust free
  3. Apply pigmented primer (water-based epoxy) for a good bond coat
  4. Apply RTE-100  epoxy and add metallic pigments to the mixed epoxy (scrape all edges of the bucket before dumping out material)
  5. Add highlights to epoxy to get desired effect
  6. Apply topcoat of RTE-100 epoxy or water-based poly urethane
One Day Flake Floor
  1. Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
  2. Fill holes with crack fill
  3. Apply fast cure epoxy RTE-100 fast at 175 sqft per gallon and broadcast to refusal
  4. Apply topcoat of polyaspartics (RT-PA7500) at 200 sqft per gallon
Two Day Flake Floor
  1. Prep concrete (grind or acid wash)
  2. Fill hole and cracks with crack fill
  3. Apply 100% solids epoxy (RTE-100 or RTE-HP) at 175 sqft per gallon and broadcast flake to refusal
  4. Scrape excess flake and apply lock coat of cem-seal at 200 sqft per gallon
  5. Apply topcoat of polyurethane (RT-CRU) at 200 sqft
Urethane Cement Floor
  1. Prep floor to medium profile (CSP 3-4)
  2. Patch crack and holes with crack fill
  3. Mix A, B, C, together and apply RT-UC at 1/4″ thick with screed rake, then use a loop roller to even out mix this will bring resins to top
  4. Topcoat with polyaspartics (RT-PA7500) at 200 sqft per gallon or topcoat with RT-kitchen blend epoxy at 175 sqft
    Water Based Stain Floor
    1. Prep concrete (acid wash)
    2. Patch holes and crack using cement patch
    3. Crack will probably reappear
    4. Apply water-based stain in layers (2-3)
    5. Apply topcoat of seal at 250 sqft per gallon or polyaspartics at 250 sqft per gallon
